SolarPilot Smart PV Management System, also known as SolarPilot Smart PV, serves as the management system within the SolarPilot Smart. Upon deployment completion of the SolarPilot Smart PV Management System, SolarPilot Energy GmbH. (hereinafter referred to as ” SolarPilot “) provides information management services through its website at https://solar-eu.solarpilot.com. Such services include the collection, management, and presentation of data related to photovoltaic equipment, power stations, and corporate information.
Use the SolarPilot Smart PV Management System to manage and monitor the connected photovoltaic equipment: After self-registration, users will obtain an account and password that need to be kept confidential. All passwords should be treated as such to prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing them. Once logged into the account, users can create sub-accounts (including accounts for sub-installers, property owners, etc.) and set up initial passwords for those accounts. For the creation and cancellation of sub-accounts, please contact the corresponding higher-level user. Prior to connecting any photovoltaic devices, users must obtain explicit consent from the owners of the respective photovoltaic equipment and utilize the equipment within the agreed scope. In the event that a user fails to obtain explicit consent from the owners of the photovoltaic devices being connected, or in cases of usage beyond the agreed scope, resulting in any losses to SolarPilot, the user agrees to indemnify and compensate SolarPilot for all losses incurred.
To ensure the safe and stable operation of your devices and the proper use of SolarPilot’s various services, in the event you request maintenance, you authorize SolarPilot to perform the following operations on the equipment, including:
SolarPilot Smart PV is developed by SolarPilot for use and is protected under copyright law; SolarPilot has the rights to use and distribute. Users are only allowed to use and exploit the information and results of the service within the confines of these terms of use, and may only use such information for internal purposes. Other than as stated above, the use of information and results obtained from this service is permitted only with the express written consent of SolarPilot.
Within the constraints of SolarPilot Smart PV, if adequate data space has been provided to the user by SolarPilot Smart PV, the user may publish their own content. Users have no right to publicly disclose submitted content, nor to permanently store content on SolarPilot Smart PV. SolarPilot assumes no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or format of the information posted. Furthermore, users must commit to protecting and not infringing on the rights of third parties, especially trademark rights, copyrights, and personal rights. The publication of any content that glorifies violence, pornographic content, discriminatory content, or other illegal or content that violates public conduct guidelines is strictly prohibited.

SolarPilot expressly states that profits and self-consumption information published SolarPilot Smart PV can only be used by users and must not be used as the basis for account settlements or as evidence for claims related to energy savings presented to network operators. Users have no claim to the availability of SolarPilot Smart PV or to 100% data availability. Unless otherwise stipulated in these terms, all information, content, materials, and services provided to you through SolarPilot Smart PV by SolarPilot are offered “as is.” SolarPilot makes no express or implied representation or warranty regarding the operation of SolarPilot Smart PV, or the information, content, materials, products (including software), or services contained in or made available to you through SolarPilot Smart PV, unless specified in writing. You expressly agree that your use of SolarPilot Smart PV is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SolarPilot disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
For system-level maintenance, SolarPilot shall fulfill the obligation to provide advance notice, such as for server upgrades and network switching. Operational maintenance of customer equipment must be authorized by the customer. Authorization methods include, but are not limited to, records of customer confirmation for the operations conducted and emails communicated with the customer.
Any individual modifications or changes to these Terms must be made in writing (they cannot be altered directly in an email). Amendments in the same format must also be made in writing. However, SolarPilot may from time to time issue new versions of these Terms. Once a new version becomes effective, if you do not express opposition within three months after the new version is provided, it will be considered that you agree to the new version replacing the previous one. Furthermore, if SolarPilot has notified you with the opportunity to match your rights with the provision of a new version within two months, you have the right to object. SolarPilot’s notice should contain explicit instructions that the user is deemed to legally bind to the new version if they do not raise objections to it. If the user opposes the new version, their user agreement will automatically terminate with immediate effect, and the user must immediately cease further use of the community services.
Except for the part regulated by the International Sale of Goods Convention (CISG), this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. You agree that any disputes arising from the implementation of this Agreement should be resolved amicably through negotiation with SolarPilot. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the courts within the judicial jurisdiction where we located.
Protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal data have always been principles we adhere to. To this end, we commit to implementing reasonable measures to strive for the protection of your personal data. We guarantee that we will not collect additional personal data without your explicit consent, nor will we use the data for purposes beyond the scope of this service. We pledge to take necessary security measures to fulfill our responsibility for data protection in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and agreement terms. However, you need to understand that we cannot completely guarantee the data security measures or processing behaviors of third parties. If you have questions about how third-party organizations collect, use, or store your personal data, or if you need to exercise your rights, we suggest you contact the relevant institutions directly. Additionally, we recommend that you carefully read and fully understand the SolarPilot Operation Platform Privacy Policy to more effectively safeguard your personal data rights.
If parts or individual provisions of these Terms are found to be invalid or no longer in compliance with applicable law, it shall not affect the content or validity of the remaining parts of these Terms. The ineffective provision shall be replaced by a provision determined through interpretation, which shall be legally effective and shall approximate as closely as possible the financial and practical objectives of the original provision.
